Shipping methods

• Freight / Wholesale (Best for bulk, quoted after order, Quoted)

If your Speaker Cooler arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Flowspeakercooler@gmail.com with your order reference and photos.

Eligible returns

Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days, subject to inspection. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to our error or a defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Wholesale / OEM

Custom OEM/ODM or freight wholesale orders may follow separate return terms agreed at the time of quote.
